Legacy Plans

For our valued customers who were subscribed to one of our Legacy Plans (Basic, Pro, or Team) before July 24, 2023, we want to provide clarity regarding your subscription status and options moving forward.

If you're currently on a Legacy Plan, here’s what you need to know:

1. Continuing Your Legacy Plan

• If you choose to take no action, your subscription will remain active on your current Legacy Plan. You’ll continue to enjoy the same pricing and features associated with your plan, but it will also maintain any limitations or restrictions that were part of the original plan.
• You can keep your Legacy Plan active as long as you like, unless you decide to cancel it after July 24, 2023.

2. Pricing Remains the Same

• Your pricing will remain unchanged as long as you remain on the Legacy Plan. This means you will continue to pay the same rate you were paying prior to July 24, 2023.
• The price will only change if you decide to cancel or upgrade to one of our new plans (Growth or Enterprise).

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your Legacy Plan will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. As long as you keep the plan active, you won’t need to take any action for the renewal, and your pricing will stay the same.

4. Cancelling Your Legacy Plan

• If you decide to cancel your Legacy Plan at the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Once downgraded, you will lose the features and benefits associated with your previous Legacy Plan, and you will be subject to the limitations of the Free plan.

5. Upgrading After July 24, 2023

• If you wish to upgrade your Legacy Plan after July 24, 2023, the only available options will be our Growth, Business or Enterprise plans.
• Once you upgrade to one of these plans, you will not be able to return to a Legacy Plan, as those plans are no longer available for new sign-ups or future reactivations.
