A Seat refers to a user license on your account. How Seats are counted, capped, and priced depends entirely on your plan and the role you assign to your team members.
Admin, Manager, or Member: These roles occupy a Seat. On paid plans, adding more of these roles beyond your base allowance will incur an additional cost.
Viewer: This role does not occupy a Seat on paid plans. You can invite unlimited Viewers to collaborate for free.

Free Plan
How it works: The Free plan includes 1 base Seat and allows you to invite up to 19 additional people (for a total of 20 Seats) at no extra cost.
Role Exception: On the Free plan only, every role (including Viewers) occupies a Seat.
Example: If you invite a team member as a "Manager" or a "Viewer," they will occupy a Seat without any extra charges until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Growth Plan
How it works: Starts with 1 base Seat. You can add up to 19 additional paid Seats (up to a maximum of 20 total Seats).
Seat Cost: Each additional Admin, Manager, or Member costs €40/month. Viewers are free.
Example: If you invite someone as a "Manager," they will occupy a Seat and incur a $30 charge. If you invite someone as a "Viewer," they will not occupy a Seat and will not incur any extra charges.
Upgrading from Free: When upgrading from Free to Growth, any existing users with Admin, Manager, or Member roles will instantly occupy a paid Seat (€40/each). Users with a Viewer role will automatically become free and stop occupying a Seat.
Business Plan
How it works: Built for growing teams, the Business plan includes 5 base Seats right out of the box. You can purchase additional Seats up to a total cap of 20.
Seat Cost: Each additional Admin, Manager, or Member costs €70/month. Viewers are free and do not count toward your 5-Seat base or 20-Seat cap.
Example: If you have already used your 5 base Seats and invite an additional person as a "Manager," they will occupy a new Seat and incur an additional charge of €70. Inviting someone as a "Viewer" will cost nothing.
Enterprise Plan
How it works: Designed for large-scale deployment, starting with 10 base Seats.
Custom Scaling: Unlike other tiers, the Enterprise plan is not capped at 20seats and can be scaled to support as many seats as your organization needs.
Seat Cost: Custom-tailored based on your contract agreement. Just like our other paid tiers, Admins, Managers, and Members occupy a paid contract seat, while Viewers are completely free.
