Key Features of Useberry 3.0
Team Roles
Each team can now have up to 20 members (Seats), assigned to multiple roles:
Admins:
Admins have comprehensive access and responsibility for the overall team. They can manage billing options, purchase credits, and upgrade or downgrade the team.
Managers:
Managers are tasked with organizing the team, inviting members, and managing their roles. They can also create and manage workspaces and set up SSO authentication.
Members:
Members can create projects and launch studies. They have access to both public workspaces and private ones they are invited to.
Viewers:
Viewers can access only the "Results" page of any project they are allowed to view, without occupying a seat on the team.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Useberry now supports Single Sign-On (SSO), enabling users to access multiple platforms and services using a single set of login credentials. Our SSO solution is compatible with various providers that adhere to the SAML 2.0 standard, including G Suite, Okta, OneLogin, Auth0, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Workspaces
Teams can create multiple workspaces, each containing projects. Workspaces can be public or private:
- Public Workspaces: Accessible by any team member.
- Private Workspaces: Only accessible to invited team members.
This feature enhances organization and collaboration on research studies.
Team Members Status
On the team’s home page, you can view a table showing the status of team members (active or inactive) and where they are working:
- For team members in a public workspace you belong to, you can view and access their projects.
- For team members in public workspaces you're not part of, you can see the projects they're working on but cannot access them unless you join.
- For team members in private workspaces, a "Private Workspace" message will be visible in the "WORKING ON" column.
- If a team member is not currently working on any project, a blank message will appear.
Comments: Collaboration Amplified
To enhance collaboration, Useberry now includes a Comments feature, allowing users to comment and mention team members in the same workspace. When a team member is mentioned, they receive an email notification with the comment and project name. Comments can be found on:
- The "Create" tab of each block.
- The "Results" tab within the Overview section at the top of each block.
- The "Theater" section for each user session.
Share Results Link
You can create a shareable link to view the results of any project version. Anyone with the link can access the results page, including session recordings and video shoots, without needing to register with Useberry.
