Connect your video conferencing tool (Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom) to streamline your interview studies by automatically generating meeting links for scheduled sessions or manually provide your own Custom meeting link (URL) from any conferencing platform.

Supported conferencing tools
Useberry integrates with the below conferencing tools.
- Google Meet
- MS Teams
- Zoom
You can select a conferencing tool only after connecting a calendar. Once a conferencing tools is connected the calendar invites will automatically include a conferencing link. The available conferencing options depend on the calendar you have connected.
If a Google Calendar is connected, the available conferencing options are:
- Google Meet
- Zoom
If an Office 365 or Outlook calendar is connected, the available conferencing options are:
- MS Teams
- Zooms
Connect a conferencing tool
From Settings
You can connect your conferencing tool via your Settings:
- Access your settings
- Open the “Integrations” menu item
- If you have not connected a calendar
- Select your calendar provider and follow the instructions to authorise
- Select your conferencing tool and follow the instructions to authorise
- If you have connected a calendar
- Select your conferencing tool and follow the instructions to authorise
- If you have not connected a calendar
When creating or editing a moderated interview
You can also connect a conferencing tool or set a custom link when creating or editing a moderated interview:
- Enter a workspace
- Enter a Moderated Interview project
- Go to “Study Details”
- Connect the conferencing tool that you want to use or select “Custom link”
Disconnect a conferencing tool
You can disconnect a conferencing tool only via your Settings:
- Access your settings
- Open the “Integrations” menu item
- Select “Disconnect” on the conferencing tool you have connected
Adding a Custom link
No matter the calendar you have connected, you can manually add conferencing links to the calendar invites by selecting “Custom link” instead of using a conferencing tool integration. You can select the “Custom link” option via the “Study Details” of a moderated interview project.
