Useberry supports various question types to gather rich and diverse feedback tailored to your study’s needs.
1. Single and Multiple Select Choices:
Testers pick one option (single select) or several that apply (multiple select) from predefined answers.
2. Opinion Scales:
Measure attitudes or preferences on a numeric scale, customizable from 0–10, with modifiable labels.
3. Open Questions:
Allow testers to freely express their thoughts in their own words, providing qualitative insights.

Settings and Customizations
- Multiple Choice:
- Add “Other” option
- Randomize answer order
- Allow multiple selections

- Make question required
- Set the scale points and the start/end labels for Opinion Scale questions
- Images can be uploaded and used with any question type.
Logic Jumps
Redirect testers dynamically based on their responses or behavior:
- Tester visited current block
- Tester answered or skipped specific questions
- Time spent on block (greater than, equal to, less than)
- Specific question answers compared against given values (varies by question type)
If you have more than one question within a single question block, the Logic Jump will only be triggered after all the questions in that block have been answered.
Results and Reporting
- Multiple Choice: View number of completions, drop-offs, average completion time, and detailed answer breakdown.
- Opinion Scale: Same metrics plus a full breakdown of responses per question.
- Short Text: Same metrics plus the ability to review all individual answers.
- Likert Scale: Same metrics plus a complete response breakdown.
User Session & Study Insights
- Review completion date and time per tester.
- Access detailed user info: country, OS, browser, device.
- See block-level stats: time & detailed response data.
- Optional access to “Theater” for session recordings or video shoots (if enabled).
Updated User Session Modal (February 2025):
- Left Panel: Participant stats (date, device, country), video playback, session metadata (session name, tester GUID, custom attributes, Prolific ID). Easy navigation between sessions.
- Right Panel: Participant responses, block stats, and screening question answers if applicable.
