The "Thank You" screen block is the final stage of your study, designed to express your sincere appreciation to participants for their time, insights, and valuable contributions. It serves as a warm closing note, signifying the successful completion of the study and marking the end of the testing journey.
Default & Customization Options
This block is included by default and cannot be removed.
You can either keep the default photo provided or upload your own to better match your branding or messaging.
The title of the block is fully customizable to align with your tone and style.
In the Instructions section, you can further personalize the message:
Format text as bold, italic, or underline.
Insert media such as YouTube or Vimeo videos.
Add bulleted lists, or numbered lists for better structure and clarity.
Available Settings
You can further tailor the Thank You Screen using the following settings:
Redirect on study completion: This option displays a button that participants can click after they complete the test to be redirected to a link you have predefined. You can fully customize the button by adding any text you like (for example, "Continue", "Finish", or "Return to website") and set it to redirect to any link of your choice.
Survey exit link (only for 3rd-party panels): This option automatically redirects participants to a specified link when they finish the test, without requiring them to click a button. It is especially useful when recruiting participants through third-party panels, as it ensures a seamless transition upon completion. Although it was originally designed for use with third-party panels, you can also use it in other scenarios — for example, to automatically redirect participants to your landing page after they complete the test.
Survey Exit Link (for 3rd-party panels)
At the Thank You block, you’ll find an optional setting to add a Survey Exit Link, specifically intended for 3rd-party panel integrations.
Currently, we support exit links in the following formats:
...?key={value}
...?key=$value
...?key={{{value}}}or any combination, for example:
...?key1={{{value1}}}&key2=$value2&key3={value3}Here, {value}, $value, and {{{value}}} act as placeholders for keys you define.
This allows you to pass back certain variables (such as respondent IDs or custom values) to your panel partner and track associated responses directly from your results page.
